The Aidan C. Mott Supportive Living Home, LLC
Donna Roux
Residential Program Manager
Donna has been happily married to her husband, Marc, for 38 years. Together they have two adult daughters, Danna and Mikah, and eight grandchildren. As a lifelong resident of Dover, NH, Donna has a deep love for her community and the families who call it home.
For more than 20 years, Donna worked in the front office of a pediatric medical practice, where she had the opportunity to build lasting relationships with children and their families. While she was a dedicated employee who took great pride in her work, the connections she made with patients and their families were the most rewarding part of her career.
Now, Donna is excited to begin a new chapter at Aidan's Place. She enjoys working as part of a team and looks forward to bringing her compassion, experience, and enthusiasm to the families and residents she serves.
In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren. She loves ice skating, swimming, boating, playing hockey, flag football, and lacrosse, as well as relaxing and making memories on the pond.

Sharilyn Mott
Chief Executive Officer
Speech/Language Pathologist
Sharilyn is the proud mother of two adult children, Aidan and Lauren. A longtime resident of Dover, NH, she has dedicated her career to serving individuals with disabilities and their families.
For the past 17 years, Sharilyn has owned and operated Garrison City Therapy Services, where she has provided speech/language pathology services and, more recently, expanded the practice to include occupational therapy. She earned her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from MGH Institute of Health Professions and has worked in the field for more than 30 years, helping individuals achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
In June 2026, Sharilyn founded The Aidan C. Mott Supportive Living Home, LLC, also known as Aidan's Place, to address the growing need for supportive living housing and community participation services for adults with autism and developmental disabilities. Inspired by her son, Aidan, she created Aidan's Place with the vision of providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where residents can thrive, build meaningful relationships, and live as independently as possible.
When she's not working, Sharilyn enjoys spending time with her children, extended family, and friends, as well as her dog, Bentley, and cat, Jack. She loves cooking, decorating, reading, and knitting, and enjoys snowboarding, walking, camping, and kayaking. One of her favorite activities is towing Aidan in a second kayak so they can enjoy time on the water together.

Matthew Miller
Community Participation Services Manager
Lead Direct Service Provider
Matthew was born and raised on Long Island, New York, but found his home along the Seacoast of New Hampshire. He has lived in the Dover/Barrington area since 2011, with the exception of a few years spent in the Bronx, New York, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Social Work from Lehman College.
Matthew has been part of Aidan's journey since 2021, first as his teacher and later as his Direct Support Professional. Although he had no prior experience working with individuals with autism when he accepted an after-school position during college, he quickly discovered that supporting people with disabilities was his true professional calling.
After returning to New Hampshire, Matthew worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at the Birchtree Center in Portsmouth, where he built strong relationships with the students and families he supported. Over the years, he and Aidan developed a close bond, and when Aidan graduated and needed full-time support, Matthew enthusiastically accepted the opportunity.
As Community Participation Services Manager at Aidan's Place, Matthew is excited to help develop meaningful opportunities for residents to connect with their community, build relationships, and participate in activities that foster independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging. He looks forward to working alongside residents, families, and staff to create engaging and enriching experiences for everyone.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and their turtle, Freddy. A devoted hockey fan, you'll usually find him wearing something representing the New York Islanders. He also enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, and traveling.
